At CrownLuv Hair Collection Hair Boutique, we maintain a strict policy of no refunds or exchanges on all purchases. This policy is non-negotiable and is designed to ensure the integrity of our business and customer satisfaction.

𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺𝘀

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Once your order has been shipped, no refunds or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances unless the mistake is on our part. Please contact us via email within 3 business days of receiving your order with pictures/videos. Hair tags should still be attached and in the original state. We will inspect once we receive the items back, if approved that the mistake was on our end-we will then send out the correct items that were ordered. We will only be able to ship to the exact address on the original order.

𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Order cancellations may be accepted in certain situations, provided that your order has not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email. If your order is able to be cancelled, you will be refunded in full. Please allow some processing time depending on your payment method and/or bank. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellations, refunds, of your purchase are no longer possible.

Shipping Information

  1. Shipping Provider:
    • We use USPS Ground Shipping for all our deliveries. We currently ship in the U.S only. Please ensure your full shipping address is correct and include apartment/condo number if applicable. No changes are able to be made once the order is shipped, including changing the address and no refunds or cancellations will be given.
    • We will offer International Shipping soon. Please sign for our email list and follow us on IG for updates.
  2. Order Processing Time:
    • Standard Orders: These are processed within 1-3 business days.
    • Sales & Pre-orders: Processing times might vary. Specific details will be provided during the sale or at the time of pre-ordering.
  3. Delivery Timeline:
    • Once dispatched, in-stock items should reach you within 2-7 business days.
    • You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.  
  4. Delays and Responsibilities:
    • We are not responsible for any delays in transit, including those that might occur during high-volume periods such as the Holiday season. Please be patient, some things are out of our control.
    • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or mishandled packages during the delivery process. Should you receive a package that appears damaged or opened, please take a photograph of the package before opening it. Then contact the carrier immediately for assistance.
